FBK Celebrates Davidson's 25th Anniversary
06/01/2023
Twenty-five years ago Mindi Davidson began her career at First Bank Kansas as a summer intern. Over the years she has worked in a variety of roles, but for the past 15 years she has been in Human Resources where she now serves as Senior Vice President.
Davidson was born and raised in Salina and graduated from the University of Kansas. It was during her time at KU that she started working at FBK; first as a customer service representative and marketing intern and then as the marketing assistant when she started working full time. In time, Davidson became a loan officer, but ultimately found her calling in human resources. She is passionate about watching staff grow within the bank and helping them enjoy coming to work each day and said, “their job should be more than just a paycheck.”
What Davidson most enjoys about working at FBK is that “First Bank Kansas offers flexibility because they understand that employees have other things to take care of outside of work. We also have a lot of fun while we work and are there for each other when needed. When she is not at work, most of her time is spent attending and being a part of her kids’ activities; Davidson loves to hang out with family and friends, travel, read, garden, and support KU and KC sports.
“Mindi’s professionalism and positive attitude make her a great fit at First Bank Kansas,” says Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer Angie Eilrich. Please join us in congratulating Mindi on this milestone!
