Universal Bankers will become familiar with assessing customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services. They should have the ability to learn new things while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Commercial Services Specialist (Salina)

This full-time position will require a high degree of business banking product knowledge and being able to analyze the needs of business customers. Some duties will include preparing proposals and pricing services, onboarding and training new business banking customers and taking phone calls to answer questions, resolve problems and research issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and the desire to develop new business for the bank. Other important qualities we are looking for are excellent verbal and written communications skills, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional customer service qualities, and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.  Commercial product knowledge would be beneficial, but not required.

Call Center/Deposit Operations Support (Salina)

The goal of our Call Center is to assist the customer with their question(s) without a need to be transferred to another department. This full time position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all inbound phone calls to the bank and performs specialized duties relating to card products and internet banking services.  In addition to specific tasks, you will provide project support and problem resolution to other members of the Deposit Operations department.  A qualified candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication and computer skills, and above average technical knowledge.  This fast-paced environment requires the ability to adapt and multi-task with great accuracy.
